All products are provided in Ecojoyous refillable bottles. To receive your next quarterly refill, you’ll need to return your empty bottles at the time of pickup.
Yes, please empty and lightly rinse your bottles before returning them. Our team will take care of fully cleaning and sanitizing them for reuse.
If you have product left over, we recommend transferring it into a personal container before returning your bottles. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for unfinished products.
Lost or damaged bottles are subject to a replacement fee of $10 per glass bottle and $2 per kraft container.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer exchanges on select, unused items within a reasonable timeframe. Each membership includes up to one exchange per quarter, and items can be exchanged in-store for something of equal or lesser value.
Yes! Members may skip up to one refill cycle per year with advance notice and resume their subscription the following quarter.

If you finish a product early, you’re eligible to purchase an additional refill at a special refill price.
Refill cycles happen every 3 months from the time of your inital purchase, with each season featuring a thoughtfully selected key ingredient. For example, our Spring 2026 set highlights lavender for its calming and restorative benefits. Each new cycle introduces a fresh, seasonal ingredient designed to align with the time of year and support your everyday routines.

A Word From The Founder
Hi, I’m Hope, founder of Ecojoyous. I started this refillery because I saw how much unnecessary plastic we all go through in our daily routines, and I wanted to create a simpler, more intentional way to care for ourselves and the planet.
What excites me most about the JOYFill program is bringing our Sacramento community together around small, meaningful changes—choosing to refill, reuse, and be more mindful in a way that actually feels good and sustainable long-term!
